Are you a RI, CT, NH, FL, MA Licensed Loan Officers with a track record of funding at least four loans per month?

Role Details:

  1. Collect and analyze customer information, from income, assets, investments, or debts.  
  2. Evaluate all loan products and services and determine which products best suit the customer’s needs 
  3. Advise customers on the advantages and disadvantages of different loan products.
  4. Create relationships with realtors, builders, and financial planners etc. to develop and retain existing business
  5. Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with customers.
  6. Keep up with trends in the local real estate market as well as mortgage regulations 

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience with extensive knowledge of loan origination
  2. Active NMLS number and licensed by the division of banks for any or all, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Florida
  3. Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Jumbo products
  4. Knowledge of mortgage process, underwriting and closing procedures
  5. The ability to connect quickly with customers in a fast-paced environment
  6. Efficient time management skills
  7. Computer knowledge – Microsoft Office, Encompass, Lender Portals
  8. Professional and effective communication, networking, and analytical skills
  9. Experience in outside sales and proven sales ability
  10. Established referral network
