Francis Troncoso-Zaki joined Mortgages Inc. in 2016 as a Loan Processor.  Meticulous and efficient, Francis quickly advanced to Senior Loan Processor. She processes all loans from approval to closing and never misses a deadline. 

Francis is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Art and previously worked at a private bank releasing liens and closing loans. Francis loves working with the team, learning new things and thrives in an industry that is always changing. Francis loves spending time with her family when she is not at work.
