Caryn Cooper has been with Mortgages, Inc. since 1998 when it first opened. She started as Marcia’s assistant, trained in all aspects of the business, and was the head processor. As the company grew, and with her comprehensive understanding of the industry from over 20 years of firsthand work, Caryn now manages operations and compliance. She stays on top of state & federal compliance laws and regulations, manages licensing requirements for our originators and state licenses. When needed Caryn puts her processor hat back on and customers will hear from her on their individual loan. 

Caryn lives in Hopkinton with her son Charlie. When not working she enjoys spending time with her son skiing at Gunstock Mountain or boating on Lake Winnipesaukee. You can also find her riding her bike on many of the local Metro West bike paths.

Caryn graduated from Ithaca College with a BA concentration in Business Management.
