Marcia Lazar is the owner and Senior Loan Officer of Mortgages, Inc.  She founded the company in 1998 with the goal of providing customized financial options and superior service. Marcia educates current and future homeowners about financing options while also explaining the steps in this paperwork intensive and regulated process. 

Mortgages Inc.’s growth and success over the past 24 years is the direct result of Marcia’s ability to hire, train and inspire a team of loan officers and processors who share her passion for connecting with homeowners. Marcia and the team are always available during the buying or refinancing process and after closing for questions or concern.

Marcia lives in Needham with her husband Jonathan of 35 years and their beloved dog Theo. Marcia and Jonathan have 2 grown children who are working towards their own successes. Marcia loves to spend time with her family boating in New Hampshire and vacationing in Aruba, a family tradition of over 41 years.    

Marcia is a graduate of University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a BS in marketing.  She is licensed to do business in MA, CT, RI, NH, and FL.
